LEGAL NOTICE TO INDIVIDUALS UNDER ARTICLES 13, 14 AND 15 OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR) REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This notice provides each data subject with the information referred to in Articles 13, 14 and 15 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Categories of data subjects:
- natural persons who advertise the goods or services of the controller.
Purpose of personal data processing:
- ordering of spare parts, repair service,
- resolving complaints (warranty claims), product quality control,
- analysing complaints and preventing future ones.
Types of data to be processed:
- electronic database from the report on complaint, repair service, ordering of spare parts: supplier/buyer, resolution coordinator, name, surname, telephone, e-mail address, type of complaint, method of solution, date, data, quantity, material, service order, delivery note number, invoice number, description of non-conformity, immediate measures, cause, resolution of complaint.
Legal basis:
- pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1 (b) and (c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on repealing Directive 95/46/EC – processing is necessary for the performance of a contract which the data subject is party to or for the implementation of measures at the request of such data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract / processing is necessary in order to fulfil the legal obligation of the controller
Recipients of the personal data:
- those users who, in accordance with an explicit request, have a basis in law, the personal consent of an individual or a contractual relationship for obtaining personal data.
Transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization:
- personal data shall not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
Rights of the data subject:
An individual (data subject) may access personal data, have the right to rectify, delete or restrict processing, as well as having the right to object to the processing of data and the right to transfer data. In order to exercise these rights, the data subject can contact info@adria-mobilehome.com. In connection with the processing of personal data, the data subject also has the right to appeal to the supervisory body – the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.
Time period for the storage of personal data:
- data on complaints shall be stored for 1 year from the receipt of the notification of the complaint on the basis of Article 487 of the Code of Obligations or until the expiration of the warranty period for the replaced or repaired item.
- data on reimbursements are kept for another five years from the day when the tax would have had to be paid or, in the case of initiated tax proceedings against the controller, for a maximum of ten years from the day when the limitation period first began to run on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 125 in connection with paragraph 5 of Article 126 of the Tax Procedure Act.
Existence of automated decision-making or profiling of individuals:
- neither automated decision-making nor profiling shall be carried out.
